Additional Client Integration Request
This form is for connected contractors who are (1) currently integrated with one or more ServiceChannel clients and (2) looking to request permission from another ServiceChannel client to upload their data and receive work orders electronically via Web Services (XML) integration with ServiceChannel.
Please download, complete and sign the form, then send it to the ServiceChannel client for his/her signature.
Once the form is complete and signed, the client should email it to email@example.com.
Note: Requests can only be made to a current client active on ServiceChannel.
