PRSM Votes ServiceChannel CEO to its Board of Directors

Tom Buiocchi elected to help lead industry association; ServiceChannel also announces expansion milestones and advancements

NEW YORK and NASHVILLE, TN – April 10, 2018 – ServiceChannel, the leading SaaS service automation platform for facilities managers and contractors, today announced that the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM) has elected ServiceChannel CEO, Tom Buiocchi, to its Board of Directors. Tom was nominated by a committee of PRSM retail and service provider members, and joins representatives from Gap, Walmart, TD Bank, Staples Canada, Nike, Luxottica Retail, and adidas America, among others on the board.

This distinction coincides with a time of expansion and advancements at ServiceChannel, as the company recently expanded its footprint to the Bay Area with new offices in Pleasanton, CA. The company also announced an increase to its data science team, which empowers customers and service providers with the deep insights and analytics to help optimize their facilities and businesses.
